Virtual Therapy for Therapists

Choosing to be a therapist is a call to support others in fostering their own sense of well-being, which can be challenging especially in times like this. Therapists’ commitment to support others in their healing is not just a profession, it is a deep commitment to connection, and part of that is pursuing our own wellness. That is why I am proud to be able to support other therapists in their own well-being so they can continue to show up and extend that same nurturance to others.

When we work with people, there is a lot of exposure to a wide array of experiences and some of these experiences may very well bring up our own leftovers from our life experiences. Some experience compassion fatigue and burnout and see this as a sign that they are not cut out to be a therapist. This is not the case and at the same time, you are a person and do not need to live in a state of fatigue, disconnect and overwhelm.

I have supported other clinicians for several years in navigating macro-issues on the individual level, compassion fatigue, burn out, as well as exploring the impacts of your own emotional leftovers that come up through your work with your community. I would be honored to work alongside you as you regain your sense of groundedness not only in your work, but in your life.
